I have been waiting for this show forever!! well, it felt like it. What can I say, I am a foodie and when it comes to food shows, I am in heaven.
I was there last year with some friends and it was amazing, so of course I signed up as soon as the dates were open for this year.
There was food, there were drinks, the atmosphere was highly charged with the potential for so much tasting and inspiration. I saw the most amazing things ever! the MeringueGirls.
had a stall of awesome colourful and delightful flavour meringues.
Needless to say I bought alot! a little shameful but hey, they looked good and taste great. I especially liked those in the front with the black sesame seeds (you all know how I love black sesame seeds).

I tasted pink gin from Pinkster - very dry, but lovely when diluted with soda. Very pretty drink with a whiff of raspberry on the nose, didn't taste like it though. Think it would be great on a festive table, served with some ice and fresh raspberries. Grown-up slushies anyone?

Got to hear some interesting interviews on the celebrity chef interview stage
and bought myself a steam blender from Hotpoint (more on this in reviews), and some bake ware from Lakeland.
